Position Details:
Reporting to the Mine Site Supervisor, Wet Plant Operator is responsible to operate mobile and fixed plant at the highest standard to help ensure the safety, production and maintenance outcomes are met. Not a FIFO role.
• Attending all pre-start and toolbox meetings, and any other relevant meetings as required.
• Maintaining high standards of housekeeping in work areas.
• Performing pre-start inspections and reporting defects on mobile plant and equipment.
• Maintain and safely operate the plant by controlling, monitoring, adjusting, fixing, recording, cleaning, and improving all sections of the wet plant.
• Proven ability to efficiently operate mobile and fixed mining plant in a safe and productive manner.
• Sound interpersonal skills and communication skills including both oral and written.
• Relevant experience with role-specific plant and equipment, essential.
• Mining industry experience, highly desirable
Role Requirements:
• Operator Tickets for role specific plant and equipment.
• A Certificate III in Resource Processing is desirable.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment medical and DAS
• Must have Driver's License |
