OnTrack (T120 Geraldton)

Target 120 is currently being piloted at selected sites across Western Australia. Target 120 is an early intervention program for at-risk young people aged between 10 and 14 years, and their families, to reduce rates of juvenile offending. The program aims to address underlying issues that lead to offending, such as substance abuse, family and parenting issues, unstable housing, poor educational attendance, negative peer relations, domestic violence, and mental health issues. This is achieved through coordinated case management of all services, including across government and
the non-government sector.

OnTrack is a program under MEEDAC Community Services which works with T120 Geraldton CYO led and their clients.
